ARDMORE WATER SYSTEM WATER & SEWER RATES

NON REFUNDABLE METER FEES:--------------------------RESIDENTIAL $90.00

    WATER TAP FEES:

          3/4" Meter----------$1650.00                      Road cuts are $500 minimum charge

          1" Meter------------$2200.00                     for a 3/4" meter. Road bores are $800 minimum.

          1 1/2 "Meter----------per job                    All other sizes and State Roads will be quoted

          2" Meter-------------per job                    on a per job basis. Extra $200.00 for state permits.

     SEWER TAP FEES:

          4"--------------------$2200.00          6"--------------------$2800.00

Water bills are mailed out on the 1st of each month. Bills are due on or before the 15th of each month. After the 15th, a 26% penalty will be added. Any bill not paid by the 30th of each month will be disconnected. If service is disconnected, the account must be paid to a zero balance to have service restored (this includes current bill & a $45 reconnect fee). If services is restored after the normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., there will be an additional charge of $65.00; this is an after hour service charge.      RESIDENTIAL WATER:

     0 TO 1500 gallons:-----------------------------------------------------$22.00 minimum bill

     Additional:------------------------------------Over 1500 gallons - $8.90 per 1000 gallon

     COMMERCIAL WATER:

     0 TO 1500 gallons:------------------------------------------------------$31.75 minimum bill

     Additional:--------------------------------------Over 1500 gallons - $10.75 per 1000 gallon

    

     RESIDENTIAL SEWER:  Base Rate-----$19.25 plus $5.45 per 1000 gallons of water

     SMALL COMMERCIAL SEWER:  Base Rate-----$36.00 for 0 to 5,000 gallons plus                                                                                   $6.00 per 1,000 gallon  

     COMMERCIAL SEWER:  Base Rate-----$60.00 for 5,001 to 15,000 gallons plus                                                                                       $6.60 per 1,000 gallon

     LARGE COMMERCIAL SEWER:  Base Rate-----$108.30 for 15,001 to 50,000

     INDUSTRIAL SEWER:  Base Rate--------$139.25 for 50,000 gallons & up +                                                                                             $6.60 per 1,000 gallon
